Experience best practices in social services with top professionals. The employees of Bob Belloni Ranch (BBR) comprise a diverse group of highly qualified and experienced individuals.
BBR offers services through a residential treatment program for teen boys (BB Boys Ranch), a community mental health and counseling center (BBR Counseling), and a program offering transitional services to under-privileged teens and young adults (Independent Living Program). Our services for referred youth include a structure living environment, residential behavioral rehabilitation treatment, crisis intervention, physical, emotional, and mental health screenings, individualized education, employment training, outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, independent living skill development, individual counseling, medication management, and sex offender treatment.
Both professional and non-professional staff are involved in program development and modification. Each BBR program works as a team to ensure that our clients are receiving effective and supportive services. In-house training as well as off-site conferences are offered frequently in order to keep all staff educated about the best ways to support the changing needs of our youth.
In selecting the most qualified person for any specific job description, consideration is given to education, experience, aptitude, capacity, knowledge, character, physical fitness, and length and quality of service as the duties may demand.
